How do I know if this assessment is worth it for me?
Take the free AI-readiness scan — it gives you a Green/Amber/Red status per pillar in 5 minutes, using the same framework as the assessment. If the outcome is mixed and the pattern is clear, you will immediately know where this assessment adds the most value.
What do I need to provide upfront?
We work with whatever is available — preferably an overview of your finance stack, process descriptions, manuals and sample reports. Plus relevant company context that we can load into Saldus.ai to feed the agents.
Who from my team needs to be involved?
Kickoff and validation with the full team, deep-dives with the CFO, controller and process owners. Time investment: ~8 to 16 hours spread across two weeks — most of it sits with the process owners during the stack and use-case sessions.
What if I don't want to continue after the assessment?
Then it stops there. You keep the deliverables, no obligatory follow-up sprint.
